Vertical grinding mill working principle:
a. Jaw crusher crush raw material to vertical grinding mill required size.
b. The crushed materials are conveyed into a silo, which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.
c. After that, the outlet material are carried by the air from the blower into the powder collector(analysis machine) for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone powder collector and are discharge through the discharge opening valve, and the corase materialsafter the screening will be returned back to the vertical grinding mill grinding chamber for regrinding. The airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under negative and positive pressure condition.

Vertical grinding mill installation tips:
1. Before vertical grinding mill installation, you should take care of the grinding plant and smear rust-proof oil and grease on the vertical grinder surface in order to avoid sun and rain and prevent rust and water of the body. So, you'd better to establish maintenance regime.
2. Choose proper height and installation location according to the foundation drawing. The grinding mill base should adopt mixing concrete. Before being casted the base shall be buried steel. After casted, the base should have 15 days of warranty period.
3. Vertical grinding mill should be equipped with 2 to 3 tons of lifting tools used for installation and maintenance.
4. When the using time is more than 6 months, you should clean and check the transmission device, grinding device, analyzer, and oil pool and so on. Afterchecked, you should add enough grease.
