Airflow capacity should calculate according to fuel combustible components oxigen require amount, without enough airflow then without completely burning. 1. Rotary kiln should be installed in horizontal concrete foundation, fixed by anchor bolts.
2. The rotary kiln installation should pay attention to the main body should vertical to horizontal direction.
3. After lime rotary kiln installed, checking whether each parts bolts looseness and host door is fastened or not, if not, please fasten.
4. According to the power requirements to configurate the power line and control switch.
5. After inspection, rotary kiln should carry out testing without material load, after normal testing, then it can carry out normal production.
