1. Raw material hardness. Harder raw material is diffcult for the machine to crush and also will abrasion the machine serious. Lead to wood powder machine working with low speed, low production capacity. So, we should improve technical and purchase new material for the machine using.
2. Raw mateiral humidity. When raw material with much moisture, material will conglutinate on the wood powder machine easily and easy to stoppage during discharging conveying process, lead to wood material grinding ability decrease. So, under the reasonable condition, you should decrease raw material humidity as much as possible.
3. Wood powder machine after crushed products fineness. Higher final products fineness requirements is mean that output finer products need small crushing ability. 4. Material composition, before wood powder machine crushing process, more fine powder in the raw material will effect the machine crushing ability, as the fine powder will adhere and effect transmission easily. For raw material with too much fine powder, you should screen it in advance.
