Pulverizer Fault Resolution Methods:

1. Prevent using hammer slam and damage pulverizer spare parts at output shaft;
2. Prohibited turning handwheel handle when pulverizer stop working;
3. Pulverizer motor using N32 high zinc alkaline type high level anti-friction hydraulic oil, reducer using 401 general lubricating oil, you mustn't use other type oil to replace;
4. Add oil after pulverizer using 3000hours, the second time add oil is the time after pulverizer working another 500hours, later, add some oil per pulverizer working 1000hours.
