Cement Rotary Kiln Application&Classification:

Cement rotary kiln is calcine cement raw material to cement clinker main equipment, cement raw material through drying, preheating, calcination, cooling and so on process and then form cement clinker.
Cement kiln now can be divided two types: one is kiln cylinder horizontal position(with incline degree) and working, it's called rotary kiln; another one is kiln cylinder is vertical condition working without rotating, it's called vertical shaft kiln.
1. Wet rotary kiln, the process: add water to raw material, making the material slurry with 32-40% humidity. As the raw material is fluidity slurry, so, each raw mterial with good mixing and uniform, so, the outlet clinker with high quality, it's wet rotary kiln production main advantages.
2. Dry rotary kiln advantage is opersite to wet rotary kiln. Dry rotary kiln is making raw mateiral into dry powder with low than 1% humidity, so reduce evaporation water needs heat value.
