What's Cement Ball Mill Testing Standards:

Each machine should be test after it produced, no exception of ball mill, different kinds ball mill has different testing standards, the following are ball mills testing standards:
I. Watts tower spherical contact surface connection angle should uniform;
II. You should instal cover first when instal cement ball mill liner, cylinder liner should begin from enter port, according to installation requirements, each screw nail should tighten uniform, mustn't leak;
III. Cement ball mill cylinder flange should make sure high quality connection to front cover mating surfaces, mustn't add gasket, the two hollow shaft axis degree accept less than 0.8mm deviation;
IV. The two bearings bottom frame operation platform should at the same horizontal plane, center distance accept 1mm deviation,;
V. Reducer, motor and transmission shaft transmission couplings should make sure high quality coaxial, center line different coaxial degree should less than 0.3mm, center line inclined degree should less than 1/1000.
VI. Pinion center line should parallel to the big gear center line, accept less than 0.2mm deviation per meter.
