Rotary Dryer Application&Lifting Plates Classification

Rotary dryer application:
Rotary dryer mainly used for drying chemical, construction material, metallurgy granule and powder, has compact structure, well-making, high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy transportation advantages.
Rotary dryer inner structure:
In order to make the material distribution over the cross section of the drum uniformly, make sure each part connect the drying medium well, there are lifting plates inner the drum cylinder. Lifting plates can be classified the following types:
I. Lift-type lifting plate: suitable for big block material or easy bonding on the drum cylinder material.
II. Four grid type lifting plates: suitable for high density, not brittly or difficult to disperse material. The drum cylinder is divided into four cells by lifting plates, shown mutually unintelligible fan shape working room, the connect area between material and hot air is bigger than lift-type lifting plates, besides increase materials filling rate and reduce materials falling height as well, thus achieving the effect of reduct the dust loss amount.
III. Criss-cross or frame shape lifting plates: suitable for deal with brittly and disperse small size material, make the material distribution over the drum cylinder uniformly.
IV. Sleeve drum type lifting plates: also called rotary drying machine duplex transfer heat(or radius heating) lifting plates.
V. Sub-grid type(fan shape) lifting plates suitable for deal with easy to cause the powder flying very fine particles materials. Once feeding the material then accumulation on the grid board, when the cylinder rotation, turning the materials and connecting to the hot air constantly, as the falling height reduced, reduce the possibility of the dried material carried away by gas.
All the above type lifting plates can distribution all the drum cylinder, in order to make the material transport to the lifting plates fastly and uniformly, you can instal spiral shape guide plate away from the feeding port 1-5m, avoid the wet material accumulation on the drum cylinder. Because the dried material can be take away easily by the waste gas, so, no need instal any lifting plates away from the discharging port 1-2m.
